The GROW coaching model

Critical questions before any action/interaction on any level realizing your answers will most likely be different to any other person in the same interaction/experience.
What is your aim in saying/doing?
What do you mean by?
How does that resonate with you?
In what context did you mention it?
How important is it to you?
What are you looking for?
What do you want?
What do you need?
What are you searching for?
What is your aim?
What is your purpose?
These questions should be with you always in a healthy context and then recognize that other people have their answers to these questions(If they ask themselves) and it is okay if they are totally different to you
Further whether we answer these questions or not a void does not ensue if you dont find your purpose or agenda you become part of someone else's
Motivate Your Client Personally(Donna Schilder)
What do you need in order to reach your goals?
Who are you becoming?
How have you withheld yourself from life?
What is the distinction between feeling good and fulfillment?
How will your life be better when you attain this?
What is getting in your way?
How much is this costing you?
How is this currently impacting you?
How will you benefit when you have completed this goal?
How will you feel when you have completed this goal?
Questions That Motivate(Dan Forbes)
Why are you here?
The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why – Mark Twain
This question is about Purpose. What is your purpose? Why are you here on this planet at this particular point in time? What value will you bring to the world, your family, your friends, your organization,yourself?....
What do you really want?
The starting point of all achievement is desire – Napoleon Hill
This question is about desire, passion, what lies in the recesses of your heart.. What do you want bad enough that you won’t quit?
Whose Life are you Living?
It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are – E.E. Cummings
You were born an original. Don’t die a copy – John Mason
This question is about Authenticity. Are you living the life someone else designed for you, or are you living YOUR unique Divinely designed life? Are you trying to please others, perhaps a teacher, a boss, a spouse, a parent?
When will you be ready?
The secret of getting ahead is getting started – Mark Twain
Some people live their whole life in the “getting ready” mode. They say, “Once I have enough _____, I’ll be ready.” They fill in the blank with money, time, education, talent, skills, resources, etc.
Are you always in the “getting ready” mode? Why not begin now, right now? What is the cost of waiting? What is the benefit of moving forward now?
What do you Stand for?
Character is like a tree and reputation like a shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing – Abraham Lincoln
This question is about Values. Since values drive behavior it’s important to get clear about what you stand for. What do you believe? What will you NOT do? What are your boundaries?
Values guide our choices which create our Character. At the end of your life, looking back, how to you want to be remembered?
The Most Powerful Coaching Question in the World according to many is
And What Else?
as any initial answer is rarely the full story, the whole picture and
The first answer someone gives is never the only answer.
The first answer is rarely the best answer.
This question expands the original answer to a much deeper level.
This question makes the person being coached do the work, so helping them learn rather than teaching.
